Except for going on my own, which was a mistake, I thoroughly enjoyed the Alliance '97 convention. I met lots of people (guests and otherwise) and I even got to ask Michael O'Hare whether he 'zipped then fastened' or 'fastened then zipped'! (in case you're wondering about his response, he said something about socks.)

I can't wait for Alliance '98!
