| Notes | As morena Baccarin had to leave the event early, I popped into the
mail hall on Saturday afternoon to get a few photos. I planned, as usual,
to sit in the main all all day on Sunday, where I would get photos of the
other guests. However, I was much too tired on Sunday to go into the main
hall, so my photos from Saturday were the only photos of the guests on
stage that I took! '01Staite_Baccarin'
is an example.
Jimmy, who all convention regulars will know, is planning to climb Mount Kilimanjaro for charity. Good Luck to him! He is taking a flag with him that he plans to put up at the summint. You can see most of the flag in '02flag'. A close up of the upper right-hand corner can be seen in '03flag'. :) Over the weekend, three of the guests donned Jedi Chef attire for a few photos. Nectar Rose, Mark Sheppard and Gigi Edgley can be seen, dressed up, in '04Rose', '05Sheppard' and '06Edgley'. Although I didn' ttake photos of most of the guests in the main hall, Gordon (who some of you will know) took my camera into the Closing Ceremony to get some photos. The images from '07Maher' through to '14ClosingCeremony' show some of the results. One guy attending the event brought a double ended red "Darth Maul" FX Lightsaber. This very impressive piece of kit can be seen in '15MaulSaber' and '16MaulSaber'. The photos from '17Baccarin' through to '26group' are from the official photosessions on Saturday. I made the effort to dress up, and secured permission to take a spare Jedi Chef hat and a couple of lightsabers through the photosessions. Thank you very much to Starfury's Daniel for taking these photosession photos. '27Edgley' shows a photo of me & Gigi Edgley that was taken at Starfury: Defiant back in March, 2002. Finally, I got it signed! |
