As I was in the "convention area" of the hotel before most of the organizers, I witnessed the last minute construction, by Bryan and other staff, of the kiosk that would be used throughout the weekend to "scan" attendees in and out of the area ('01Construction.jpg'). '05Performance.jpg' depicts Ronny Cox and his fellow musicians about to begin their very entertaining performance on the Saturday evening. PAGE 2: In '13Johnstone.jpg', Dion is demonstrating the movements of the Unas. Over the course of the weekend, Teryl Rothery became linked to the toilet. The staff at the event kept her supplied with the essentials, as shown in '20Rothery.jpg'. During Sunday's guest talks, one lady's mobile 'phone rang. Teryl Rothery took the 'phone and explained to the caller that then was not an appropriate time to call ('21Rothery.jpg'). PAGE 3: In '25Auction.jpg', David Palffy, Jill Teed and Alex Zahara model three autographed T-shirts that were subsequently sold in the auction. Also in the auction was a genuine R.A.F. flight suit. Modelled by Teryl Rothery, the "rear" area was autographed on stage by several of the guests. '27Auction.jpg' shows Jill Teed "making her mark". To guard against imminent "dirty questions", David Palffy shrewdly invited all of the children in the audience to join him on stage. A couple of them can be seen with him in '29Palffy.jpg'. |
